On Tuesday, March 24, 2026 46 interested people from the 5 towns of Mount Holly, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Plymouth, and E. Wallingford attended a public listening session at the Mount Holly Community Center. The meeting began with informational presentations about Act 59 by officials from the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board followed by an open comment session in which participants asked further questions and offered their comments for finalization of Act 59.
Mount Holly Conservation Trust was able to facilitate this community meeting with funding provided by a grant from the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board.
